Devices Home
Map-based fleet visibility, status counters, search, filter, and device table.
The Devices page is the main control center for fleet visibility and onboarding. It combines status counters, geographic map visualization, and a device table in one view. The top panel shows online and offline counts, while the map supports quick distribution awareness across regions. The table below provides sortable, filterable device records for day-to-day operations.
Open Devices
To open the Devices page, do the following:
- In the sidebar, click
Devices. - Confirm you are on the Devices page with:
- An
Enrollbutton in the top-right area. - Online/Offline counters.
- A map section with a
Maptoggle. - A device table below.
- An
Use the Map and Status Panel
To use the map and status panel, do the following:
- Review the
OnlineandOfflinecounters in the top-left of the map section. - Use the
Maptoggle in the map header area to show or hide the map. - Click map clusters to inspect device concentration by region.
- Use this panel for quick health awareness before drilling into individual device rows.
Search, Filter, and Show Columns
The device table supports progressive narrowing of results. Search is optimized for quick name lookup, while filter facets support operational slicing by connectivity, type, class, location, and alert-oriented dimensions. The Show menu controls table density by letting you include or hide columns based on the task at hand.
- Click the search icon and enter text in
Search devices. - Click
Filterto open available facets. - Apply one or more filters such as:
- Device Alerts
- Connection
- Location
- Serial Number
- Device Type
- Device Class
- Asset Tag
- Manufacturer
- Model
- Tags
- Click
Clear allto remove all active filters. - Click
Showto control visible columns in the device table.
Open a Device Record
To open a device record, do the following:
- In the device table, click a device name.
- The Device Details page opens.
- The initial tab typically opens to
Charts, where telemetry-derived cards and charts are shown when template telemetry is defined.
