IoT Platform User Guide
Alerts
Alert triage, status updates, severity tabs, filters, and bulk operations.
The Alerts page is the account-level operational queue for alert triage, status updates, and follow-up workflows. It combines summary counters, a searchable table, and filter facets so support teams can move quickly from high-level health checks to specific alert records. The page is designed to support both severity-driven and status-driven handling, which is useful when teams split responsibilities between urgent response and lifecycle cleanup.
In the current platform, the top tabs are Alert By Status and Alert By Severity, and both are available from the left sidebar under Operations > Alerts. The alert table supports incremental loading and row-level drill-in via a detail slider. Bulk actions are also supported to accelerate repetitive triage operations across multiple alerts.
