The Lexmark IoT Platform experience in Optra is now centered on a left-sidebar navigation model instead of the older tile-based landing experience. Users move between operational areas such as Devices, Alerts, Workflows, Insights, and app-specific modules from a persistent navigation rail. This keeps fleet operations, monitoring, and enrollment tasks available in a single workflow. Feature visibility can vary by account, role, and licensed capabilities.
This guide documents the current Lexmark UI and the latest Devices workflows, including map-based monitoring, enrollment, and detailed device management tabs. The steps below are aligned to the updated interface shown in the current product and screenshots.
